A lovely little and charming old hotel in Perugia with attentive staff on the reception desk.

It had very central location close to Corso Vannucci.

Airy and new-fashioned rooms, lovely views over the old rooftops and down the valley. Spacious bathroom and a bidet with good sewerage. Had great location in the old historic area, quite a walk from a circa-1400s cathedral.

It was fairly clean, the staff was welcoming and nice, plus the service was nice. We had immaculate and quiet room with smoke detectors. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from National Gallery. This hotel was set in a comfortable area.

I didn't want to leave and would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was more than adequate and complete with tasty croissants, a view of Perugia rooftops, bacon. The location was favourable and the staff members were superbly friendly people on the reception desk. A cool bonus was nearby Fruttyamo, that offered tea and coffee:)))

Overall a fine stay for four nights on a work trip.

The breakfast was PARTICULARLY GOOD, the room was airy and new-fashioned. Delightful view and a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom.

Wonderful stay, as always. Beautiful old and well priced place. Wonderful fantastic location, right in the center of the historic area of Perugia. And not far from the spectacular centre, the train station and many sights. Fully renovated and reasonably large rooms with an adequate bathroom, good services.

No complaints whatsoever, I enjoyed this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The property was clean and had super friendly staff on the reception desk. My room included a mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The breakfast was particularly good, wonderful with bacon, fresh fruit and unique complimentary appetizers.

So glad we chose it, spent 4 amazing days here. The location was fab - short walk to the historic city center of Perugia, three excellent restaurants and the spectacular centre.

I had a fantastic stay at Priori Secret Garden. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The view from my room on the 2nd floor was amazing, overlooking the beautiful breakfast terrace and surrounding hills and mountains. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and serviced daily. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options including bacon and eggs on request. I loved my stay and would definitely book again.

No 🙁 The only minor drawback was that the bread at breakfast wasn't always fresh.

Can be a bit noisy as the low rates tend to attract young travellers who stay up late.

Well it felt a little tired. The breakfast was not so speacial and the many type written notes stuck to many surfaces gave a restrictive feeling. It wouldn't take much to address these points.On the question below, I have indicated I would not recommend the hotel but I may do so because the location is so great
